  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Termination:

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • You request account deletion (see Privacy Policy)

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership:

All content on this Website is owned by Simon Bressanelli or licensed for use, including:

  • Videos: Performance footage, teaching demonstrations, promotional videos

5. Workshop Bookings & Event Services

Booking Process:

To book me for a workshop, festival, or private event:

  1. Submit a booking inquiry via the contact form on the Calendar & Media page or via the "Get In Touch" button. 
  2. I will respond as soon as I can with availability and pricing
  3. We will agree on terms via email (dates, location, fees, requirements)
  4. A written contract or agreement will be sent for confirmation

Payment Terms:

  • Payment terms vary by event and will be specified in the booking contract
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (preferred), PayPal (details provided in contract)

Cancellation Policy:

Available within the contract that I will send to you via email correspondence. 


6. Jazz & Things Online School Terms

(These terms apply when the school launches in 2026)

Enrollment:

  • Enrollment opens to waitlist members first, then to the general public
  • Payment plans and pricing will be specified on the Jazz & Things page
  • Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation

Access & Membership:

  • Students receive access to all course materials, including updates, whilst subscription is being paid 
  • Access includes: video lessons, training schedules, community groups, and future updates
  • Access may be revoked if you violate these Terms (e.g., sharing login credentials, redistributing course materials)

Refund Policy:

I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Jazz & Things enrollment:

  • If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of enrollment, email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request"
  • I will issue a full refund within 7-10 business days
  • No questions asked
  • After 30 days, all sales are final until subscription is cancelled 

Course Updates:

  • I may add, modify, or remove course content at any time to improve the learning experience
  • Major updates will be announced to students via email
  • No additional fees will be charged for content updates within the outlined course
  • I may create new courses in the future that would require separate subscription or add-ons to whatever previous purchase was made 

Community Guidelines:

Jazz & Things students must:

  • Be respectful and supportive of fellow students
  • Avoid spamming, self-promotion, or off-topic content in community groups
  • Respect intellectual property (do not share course materials outside the community)

Violations may result in removal from community groups or account suspension.


7. Third-Party Links & Services

This Website contains links to third-party websites and services, including:

  • Substack (Jazz & Things editorial content)
  • Patreon (Ari & Simon exclusive content)
  • Instagram, YouTube (social media profiles)

10. Physical Activity & Health Disclaimer

Dance and physical training carry inherent risks of injury.

By participating in workshops or Jazz & Things Online School, you acknowledge:

  • You are physically capable of participating in dance training
  • You will consult a medical professional if you have any health concerns
  • You will train at your own pace and within your physical limits
  • You assume all risks associated with physical activity

I am not liable for:

  • Injuries sustained during workshops, private lessons, or online training
  • Pre-existing conditions that are aggravated by dance training
  • Failure to warm up, cool down, or follow safety instructions

Safety Recommendations:

  • Warm up before training 
  • Cool down and stretch after training 
  • Stay hydrated
  • Stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort
  • Train in a safe environment (clear space, appropriate footwear, non-slip floor)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simon Bressanelli from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
