Cancellation Policy:

Available within the contract that I will send to you via email correspondence.

6. Jazz & Things Online School Terms

(These terms apply when the school launches in 2026)

Enrollment:

Enrollment opens to waitlist members first, then to the general public
Payment plans and pricing will be specified on the Jazz & Things page
Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation

Access & Membership:

Students receive access to all course materials, including updates, whilst subscription is being paid
Access includes: video lessons, training schedules, community groups, and future updates
Access may be revoked if you violate these Terms (e.g., sharing login credentials, redistributing course materials)

Refund Policy:

I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Jazz & Things enrollment:

If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of enrollment, email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request"
I will issue a full refund within 7-10 business days
No questions asked
After 30 days, all sales are final until subscription is cancelled

Course Updates:

I may add, modify, or remove course content at any time to improve the learning experience
Major updates will be announced to students via email
No additional fees will be charged for content updates within the outlined course
I may create new courses in the future that would require separate subscription or add-ons to whatever previous purchase was made

Community Guidelines:
